Meet Your Guides - Real World Mentors

Jackie Jackson, E-RYT 500, YACEP® - yoga educator and author of Holistic Trauma Healing, teaching yoga and meditation since 2001.

Christy Abate, RYT 300, YACEP® - experienced yoga educator and mentor known for thoughtful alignment, creative sequencing and a warm, welcoming teaching style.

Together, Jackie and Christy bring complementary strengths, decades of combined experience, humor, warmth and practical mentorship to every Sacred Immersion.

In-person gatherings will be in Christy’s studios: The Angel Wing New Canaan and Ridgefield, CT.

Also supporting our sangha is Miriam Zernis of Sita’s Light (see picture below). Miriam has been practicing classical yoga since 1994 and teaching since 2001. She is an internationally certified Yoga Acharya, Reiki Master, and a certified Holistic Health Coach. She stepped onto the Bhakti Yoga path in 2006, after retiring from a 21-year career as an ABC News editor/writer.
