Our Practitioners

Karen Cassel

Karen is an intuitive energy healing. She helps those who feel the call to slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves.

Her work is multifaceted drawing on and guided by her by ancestral wisdom, including the teachings of her Seneca grandmothers. They are woven into the way she holds space and supports you in each session. Her sessions are intuitive, allowing space for the nervous system and the energy within a space to settle and gently realign.

She believes this work isn’t about fixing. It’s about creating the conditions where the body, the spirit, and even the environment can do what they already know how to do—restore, release, and return to balance.

Inspired by the steady guidance of the North Star, Karen holds a calm, supportive space where you, your animals, and your surroundings can come back into alignment—quietly, naturally, and in your own time.

Karen shares what you may experience in a session with her:

“Each session is guided intuitively and supported by earth-honoring practices that help restore balance on a deeper level. I listen closely to what your energy is asking for, allowing the session to unfold in a way that feels natural and responsive rather than structured or fixed.

Sacred smoke may be used to gently clear and reset the energy of the space, creating a sense of openness and ease. Crystals are placed with intention, supporting areas that feel in need of grounding, balance, or gentle support. Subtle vibrational sound and aromatherapy may also be incorporated to quiet the nervous system and invite a deeper state of relaxation.

These elements are never forced—they are woven in only as needed, guided by what is felt in the moment. The goal is not to do more, but to create the right conditions for your body and energy to settle, release, and come back into alignment in a way that feels steady, supported, and truly your own.”

Karen works with humans and horses. She also performs house clearings and blessings.

She offers her services in both our Ridgefield and New Canaan locations.
