Debera Prosek
Following her passion for health, well-being and spirituality, Debera began her journey in the healing arts after a career in finance. She became certified by the international body of Healing Beyond Borders in 2015. Since then, she has offered Healing Touch in her private practice, Delicious Pathways. She volunteered for many years at Greenwich Hospital where she provided Healing Touch to hundreds of patients and currently offers Healing Touch to hospice clients through Constellation Health Services. Her commitment to self-care and well-being also includes credentials as a Certified Holistic Health Coach using the energetics of a “food as medicine” approach.
Debera has observed first-hand the effects of diminished pain, increased relaxation and deepening spiritual connection of those who receive this nurturing, heart-centered energy therapy. It can offer an infusion of peace. She is honored to be a healing presence, fostering a mind-body-spirit connection to create an environment where healing can occur.
